Thanks to Joseph Nadeem we had an excellent experience in trying to buy 2 used vehicles. Joseph demonstrates character excellence and wonderful customer service skills and dedication. I recommend Joseph to people I know who are looking for a vehicle.

The sales manager and I had varying views and weren’t able to come to an agreement on the value of the vehicles in play (1 trade in + 2 purchases). I understand that it’s a business, so no hard feelings, but the value of an item is what the purchaser is willing to pay (I was reasonable), not what the dealership advertises.

I ended up finding a great deal privately in Calgary, but would have preferred to buy from Joseph. Maybe next time.
