I had been burned by not one but TWO stealerships in the past and I thought “honest car salesman” was a contradictory sentence. That changed when I started interacting with Westwind Honda. Cris Laidlaw went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle that absolutely fit my needs. There were no “pick a car any car” vibes, he made sure that thenone he showed me was the one I needed. I had my eye on one and unfortunately live out of town so had to take my chances it might be gone by the time I was able to get there- he kept me informed on it’s availability without being pushy or making me feel like I had to rush the decision. My parents came with me and they both said it really felt like he cared and wanted me to have the car of my dreams, not just whatever he thought he could sell me. He prepared everything ahead of time and was so organized and efficient without being high pressure. I LOVED this experience and am so he to the team at Westwind. Drove over 3 hours from my home and it was WELL worth the drive, in terms of pricing AND experience. Thank you!
